No problemo! Simply follow the below instructions.
1) Go to our login page here - http://clickandprofitsite.com/login
2) Go ahead and enter your email address that you used to create your account.
3) Then simply click on the "Forgot Password" link (click here for a screenshot).
Then check your email for your login information. Be sure to check both your Inbox, AND your Spam folder. It may take up to 15 minutes for this email to come to you.
If after 15 minutes you still have not gotten an email with your login information (and you've checked your Inbox and Spam folder), then go ahead and create a support ticket and we will be happy to help you get this info.
Here's how to get your password to your Wordpress blog...
1) Go to your Wordpress blog login page. You can get to that page by going to yourdomain.com/wp-admin
(Replace "yourdomain.com" with whatever your domain is)
2) Then click on the link below the form that says "Lost your password?" Click here for a screenshot of that.
3) Then enter your Wordpress Username or Email Address of your admin account and click the button. Click here to see a screenshot of that.
Then check your email for the password reset link from Wordpress. Be sure to check both your Inbox, AND your Spam folder. It may take up to 15 to 20 minutes for this email to come to you.
Once you get that email, click the link in that email, and it will walk you through the steps to get a new password.
If for some reason you don't get that email, or you are still unable to login after resetting your password, then go ahead and create a support ticket with GVO.
Let them know that you can't login to Wordpress that is installed on your GVO hosting account, and that you are wondering if they can help you recover your login information. They'll then take care of you and help you from there.
If you don't see the email with your login information in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam folder, and if you use Gmail, make sure to check your different tabs.
Most of the time if you don't see the email in your Inbox, the email has landed in your Spam folder.
Either way, if you don't find the email with your login info, you can try this:

2) Go ahead and enter your email address that you used to purchase.
3) Then simply click on the "Forgot Password" link (click here for a screenshot).

If you lost your GVO login information, or if you don't know your GVO username or GVO password, then here's what to do...
First, try using GVO's forgot password feature. To do that, just click here, and then click on the link that says "Forget your affiliate login info? Click here to get it!"
After you click that link simply enter your username or email address that you used for your GVO account and click the button as you can see here.
Then, after 5 to 15 minutes or so you'll get an email from GVO with info on how to reset your password.
If that doesn't work, then you'll need to reach out to GVO's support. Here's how to do that...
Click here, and then at the top of the page click on the link that says "24/7 Support." From there just let GVO know that you have lost your login information, and they will help you from there.
Please Note: We cannot change, update, or reset your GVO password, or login information for you. You'll need to follow the instructions above to have GVO help you with that.
Sorry to see you go! If you have a question, concern, or problem, be sure to create a support ticket with GVO and let them know. From our experience they have great customer service and will do what it takes to get things right.
Please allow at least 24 hours for them to respond to your support ticket. During the weekends, or during times where there is a high volume of tickets it may take longer for them to respond.
If you really want to cancel your GVO account here's what you'll need to do...
1) Login to your GVO account.
2) Click on the Support tab (at the top right).
3) Then simply create a support ticket and let them know that you'd like to cancel.
If for some reason you don't know your GVO login information then you can go to the below link, and just click on the "24/7 Support" link at the top of the page to create a support ticket-

One problem a lot of the Mac users seem to run into is how to install their Wordpress theme using their Mac. Spefically how to install the free Bueno theme from Woothemes or any other theme out there on a Mac computer.
I don't personally use a Mac, but there's lots of Gravity Formula community members out there using Mac computers. A fellow Gravity Formula community member (Mike Atkins) was having this exact issue and he figured out what the problem was.
Here's the problem and the fix that Mike sent us-
"After rewatching their tutorial video (Woothemes), it dawned on me that my Mac was automatically unzipping the theme file when I downloaded it. Turns out this is an option within Safari. Once I changed that preference and redownloaded the theme file, it installed seamlessly. I just thought I'd let you know just in case anyone else hits you with the same question."
When you're installing a new Wordpress theme, the file must be a zip file. So it sounds like by default, Safari unzips any files that you download from the Internet. You'll need to disable that in Safari so you can download the zip file for your Wordpress theme, and then upload the zip file of your Wordpress theme inside of Wordpress.
